Your jewelry is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Broken clasps due to manufacturing defects
• Faulty soldering or assembly
• Defective components under normal wear

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by improper use or accidents
• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Damage caused by chemicals or improper care
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
